The Short Version
Inboxpond is a shared inbox tool. We'll host your emails, help you manage them, and keep everything secure. Don't do anything illegal, respect others' privacy, and pay your bills on time.
Important Notice
Inboxpond is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we implement standard security practices for user authentication and web traffic, we cannot guarantee the security, delivery, or privacy of email content itself, as email systems inherently involve multiple third-party services outside our control.

Account Terms
You must be 18 or older to use Inboxpond. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We can't and won't be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

By using our services, you're entering into an agreement with Lucius AB, a company registered in Sweden.
Cancellation and Termination
You can cancel anytime via your account settings. We'll keep your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind. After that, it's gone for good.
Data Security and Privacy
We implement industry-standard security practices including:
- Secure password hashing
- HTTPS encryption for all web traffic
- Secure database connections
However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use our services at your own risk. While we follow security best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security or prevent all unauthorized access. Email is inherently an insecure medium, and we cannot control the security of email content once it leaves our systems.
We work with trusted service providers for email delivery and payment processing. These providers are subject to strict data protection requirements and only process data necessary for their specific functions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to These Terms
If we make major changes, we'll give you 30 days notice via email. Continuing to use Inboxpond after changes means you accept the new terms.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but make no guarantees about service uptime or email delivery. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We recommend maintaining backups of critical emails and having contingency plans for service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxpond and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Lost, delayed, or undelivered emails
- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Security breaches or unauthorized access
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the past 12 months
You acknowledge that email delivery involves complex systems and third-party services beyond our control. While we implement industry-standard practices, we cannot guarantee perfect service or accept liability for any failures or consequences.
