How does email forwarding work with inboxpond?
It's simple! When you sign up, we provide you with a unique inboxpond email address. Just set up forwarding from your existing shared email addresses (like [email protected]) to this address. All forwarded emails will appear in your inboxpond inbox, where you can assign them, track their status, and collaborate with your team.
Is there a limit to how many team members I can add?
Both yes and no! Our simple pricing of $49/month includes up to 5 team members. If you need a couple more, thats OK - but if you need alot more, you need to get in touch and we can figure out a custom plan for you. We promise we wont come up with some obscure pricing! Each team member gets their own login and can be assigned emails, leave notes, and collaborate seamlessly.
Can I try inboxpond before committing?
Yes! We offer a full-featured 7-day free trial! During your trial, you'll have access to all features. This gives you plenty of time to set up your inbox, invite your team, and see how inboxpond transforms your email workflow.
What is domain verification and do I have to do it?
Yes, you have to do it. It's a security measure to ensure that you have access to send emails from the domain you're using. You can either do a simple email verification where you get a mail from our partner (Postmark) where you just click a button to confirm that you have access to the email you want to send from. However, we highly recommend the other option that is called domain verification. This is where you add two DNS record to your domain and then we verify that you have access to the domain. This will improve your email deliverability and make sure your replies dont end up in spam.
